I stand for sustainable, self-designed and sewn fashion and accessories in the 5-Seenland in Upper Bavaria.
My philosophy
When I started my collection in July 2021, I wanted to design the perfect skirt. In my opinion, a skirt, is the center piece of female clothing. It should be feminine, create a beautiful silhouette, but also has to give the women wearing it all the flexibility in her daily routine. In addition, it has to correspond to the zeitgeist and be sewn out of a natural fabric that is produced in Europe. This is how a winter collection made of boiled wool and loden cloth came about, modern but timeless. In addition to the skirts, ideas for matching capes, woolen sweaters and bags quickly came up to round off the collection. The collections are small and provided with loving details.
In addition to the ";Slow Fashion" another part of my philosophy is "SAUM SERVICE" provided. Skirts with a length above the knee are individually adjusted to the customer.
All models are designed and manufactured by myself. Fashion by KARIN KARL is not sold via an online shop, because I value personal advice.
KARIN KARL
Even as a teenager, she wanted to be a designer. When she had an idea for a design, she would buy a fabric to match, cut it, and sewed until she felt the garment was perfect. Her flair for trends, color and fabric combinations as well as her talent for drawing enabled her to be admitted to the German master school for fashion in Munich.
After three years of training, she had her diploma as a graphic and fashion designer in her pocket.
But as life goes, it took a detour of almost 30 years via event management and marketing until she fulfilled her wish to set up her own fashion label with Fashion by KARIN KARL in December 2022, as a designer and owner. Now she presents her collections in a showroom at Bahnhofstrasse 17 in Seefeld, Hechendorf!
